What happens if the power fails during the event?

This is very rare, but if this does happen don't panic! Call our 24 hour helpline (you will find this number in your agreement). One of our engineers will get you back up and running ASAP.

When is the final payment due?

We take a deposit on booking and final payment will be due four weeks before the event date.

Can I pay in Installments?

Yes! You can pay in installments via BACs you will be given a reference number when booking make sure this and your full name is in the reference box when sending payments.

How noisy are the generators?

The most commonly used generators for a average sized wedding are 63 decibels.

Here are several examples of sounds at 60 decibels:

Conversations in which people are 3 feet away from each other (60–65 decibels)
Air conditioners from six feet away
Busy classroom

Examples of sounds at 70 decibels:

Noisy restaurant setting
Light to moderate traffic
Hair dryer, washing machine

Where can the generator placed?

Almost anywhere, as long as we can get the generator flat it can go there. we have 4x4's to gains access into fields & other hard to reach areas. Site visits may be required.
